ABOUT THE TEAM

The Industry Cloud Architecture team is a high-performing, cross-functional, international team, comprising experienced enterprise architects, project managers, business development professionals, product experts and developers.
Our team is collaborating jointly with partners in large public-funded Manufacturing-X consortia programs, developing open and collaborative data spaces to enable sovereign and interoperable data exchange.

THE ROLE

• Business support for the ICA team in various project engagements
• Project Management support and resource planning
• Supporting the ICA Communications team with creating & organizing content for internal and external communication
• ICA Administration support, setting up SharePoint page, file structure, …
• Help in organizing and moderating team workshops, meetings

Duration: min. 1 year to max. 3 years, approx.: 20 hrs/week

ROLE REQUIREMENT

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: business informatics, economics, communication
• Computer skills: MS Office, Powerpoint, Excel, Social Media skills, collaboration tools (e.G. Mural), …
• Language skills: fluent in English and German
• Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, hands-on mentality, creative, experience in hybrid working environment with international team, agile mindsetOthers: work experience in IT and with a global player preferred
• Capable to work independently, personal initiative, eager to solve challenges and work efficiently across global teams, excellent communication skills
• Working from Vienna office only, no other locations possible

As an attractive employer we offer you a salary that is based on the current "Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik", a minimum of 2473€ gross/month/full time for working students, in addition to generous additional benefits.
