SAP Digital Business Services is recognized for its world-class service and support offerings. We continuously strive to further improve our service portfolio and engagement programs with the goals of optimizing our customer's solutions and safeguarding their operations.
SAP Support premium engagements (SAP MaxAttention, SAP Active Embedded) are tailored solutions for the innovation, implementation, operation, and upgrade of SAP solutions. This program is the leading edge of the SAP support offerings for midsize and large customers. It is unique in the IT-market.
THE ROLE
The support of our Technical Quality Manager of our premium engagements in backoffice tasks but also front office tasks, when possible from availability perspective:
- Reporting creation & plausibility checks
- Team Task management (creation & follow up)
- Engagement Hygiene in HEP, AI KPI’s, etc.
- SO management (CRM + HEP): consumption, end date checks and adjustments
- Engagement best practices template creation & updates
- Quality checks of documents
- Service request and SO creation & track updates
- Resource request creation & track updates
- End of maintenance reports of systems
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: IT, economics
- Computer skills: technology skills preferable
- Language skills: fluent in English and German
- Soft skills: team player, creative, innovative, new way of thinking
As an attactive employer we offer you a salary that is based on the current "Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik", a minimum of 1700€ gross/month/full time, in addtion to generous additional benefits.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
