What you'll do

As a working student on the Finance Process & Solutions Excellence team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting various strategic projects and operational activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Help coordinate strategic projects and manage Portfolio Delivery processes.
• Support Product Management in creating and sharing success stories by reviewing, structuring, and aligning content, and producing engaging video summaries to highlight key achievements and team insights.
• Structure and prepare content for AI adoption (e.g., Joule Document Grounding) by analyzing, tagging, and organizing existing content for AI use cases (training, classification, retrieval), ensuring clarity and consistency, and contributing to templates, guidelines, and best practices.
• Provide administrative support for the Finance Process & Solutions Excellence Leadership team, including meeting preparation and participation, and assisting with documentation and relevant tasks, ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with strategic goals.

What you bring

• You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, studying business administration, information technology, or a similar field.
• You have knowledge of corporate finance processes and ERP systems, especially SAP, along with data analytics skills and an understanding of software lifecycles.
• You possess the ability to plan, organize, manage schedules, and have a basic understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess situations and derive insights.
• You are proficient in both written and verbal English and German for documentation, stakeholder interaction, and active listening.
• You demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• For efficient onboarding and work we require regular presence in St. Ingbert office
