What you'll do


As a working student (f/m/d) with us, you will work closely with an innovative and motivated team of Customer Success Managers in MEE. Your tasks will include supporting the team and management with:

  • Preparation of demonstrations, presentations, and videos
  • Development and implementation of best practices within the team and the organization
  • Assistance at customer meetings and workshops
  • Support for topics such as reporting, onboarding of new tools, etc.
  • Creation and editing of digital content such as videos or landing pages
  • Initiating measures to optimize operational processes
  • Administrative support for management

Successful candidates will have the unique opportunity to become part of a leading B2B software company at the forefront of digital transformation and using the latest technologies. You will gain knowledge of SAP procurement solutions and have the chance to bring your creativity into our sales approaches. As a successful candidate, you will join an international team that supports medium to large enterprise customers in Central and Eastern Europe.

What You Bring

  • You are currently a Bachelor’s or Master’s student at a university or university of applied sciences and will remain enrolled for at least 12 more months
  • Your field of study relates to business processes and/or technologies (but we are open to any field of study if you have the right mindset)
  • You are trustworthy and reliable
  • You are capable of taking responsibility and managing your own projects
  • Knowledge in finance, procurement, or supply chain management is a plus
  • You have strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office
  • Experience with procurement systems, design, or video editing is advantageous
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • Additionally, you have a digital and flexible mindset, work well in a team, and have a strong desire to learn

Meet Your Team

The F&S MEE Customer Success Management (CSM) Team at SAP is a powerful and innovative unit at the core of our company. A CSM is a strategic, client-facing role dedicated to ensuring the ongoing success and satisfaction of enterprise-level customers. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, we are responsible for managing the customer relationship post-sale, with a strong focus on adoption and renewals, business strategy alignment, and overall account management.

Your application documents should include a cover letter, a tabular CV, a current transcript of records, and a valid certificate of enrolment, along with copies of interim and final school certificates and, if available, job references (e.g., internships). Please also describe your experience and knowledge in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.
