What you´ll build
Make real impact and work on hands-on projects. As a working student, you’ll contribute to projects that reach the SAP Next Gen community across regions and audiences. You will:
- Plan and coordinate go-to - market initiatives across social, events, email, and partner channels; create timelines, content calendars, and keep deliverables on track
- Own project documentation and tracking: define scope and milestones, maintain project plans, run status updates, and keep stakeholders aligned using SAP tools
- Manage campaign operations and quality assurance: set up and schedule assets, ensure brand compliance, and execute checklists for consistent delivery
- Support event project management from speaker logistics and vendor coordination to run of show, budget tracking, and post event follow-ups
- Measure and report impact: compile performance metrics, maintain dashboards, synthesize insights, and recommend improvements to optimize future initiatives
You’ll collaborate with a supportive team, grow your skills, and build a track record of shipped initiatives used across regions.
What you bring
- Master student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Project Management/Operations, Marketing/Communications, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Psychology or comparable
- Project management fundamentals: scoping and work breakdown structures, timeline and dependency planning, risk/issue tracking, stakeholder mapping, meeting facilitation, and clear, structured documentation
- Tools: Microsoft 365; task and project tools (e.g. MS Planner, Smartsheet, MS Project); basic analytics/reporting (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics).
- Language skills: Strong English skills written and spoken
- Excellent sense of typography, design trends and attention to detail, social media savvy, hands-on mentality and capable of working independently, proactively and in an interdisciplinary team
- Interest in AI and its impact: You follow AI trends and can apply AI tools to streamline project planning, documentation and reporting
- Previous work experience as a working student and/or intern required
- Working from our office in Walldorf or Munich is required once a week
