What you'll do

You will support a strategic project/ dashboard called ONE360.
ONE360 serves as a centralized workspace that brings together critical insights and tools, enabling teams to proactively manage customer and partner accounts and drive strategic value through informed decision-making.

To strengthen our product team, we are looking for highly motivated working student who combines business understanding, project coordination skills, and hands-on development experience in TypeScript and/or Python, ideally with exposure to AI-driven solutions.

You will actively support the 1CSW product team with the definition and harmonization of role-based user journeys and with communication & enablement related tasks:
• Support the ONE360 product team in configuration tasks to further enhance the platform
• Contribute to the development and integration of new features using TypeScript and/or Python.
• Support the prototyping and implementation of AI-based solutions (e.g., AI agents, automation tools, knowledge assistants)
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation (SharePoint/WIKI), including release notes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by collecting feedback and proposing optimization ideas.

What you bring

• Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Initial practical experience in software development using TypeScript and/or Python (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, web technologies, and modern application architectures.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or experience building AI-driven prototypes (e.g., AI agents, automation scripts, NLP-based tools) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM APIs, or automation frameworks is advantageous.
• Basic project management skills and the ability to effectively work in an agile development environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus).

We are a cross-functional group of requirements engineers, data specialists, and developers dedicated to maintaining and continuously improving the ONE360 Dashboard and driving AI agentic use cases across the ONE360 data foundation.
