Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll do

Within customer advisory no day is the same and learning never stops. You may create new demand management campaigns and support the overall demand management process, support in brainstorming new ideas and build powerful presentations, or build up a powerful business case for customers. Even support for customer specific innovation projects or hackathons is possible.

You are curious and highly motivated and have proven this already in your extra curricular activities. You enjoy working in a global and diverse, high-performing team and don’t mind that things do change. Of course, you can be trusted to take a task and run with it in an independent manner and you can do all this in German and English (French is a plus).

  • Execute and orchestrate Demand Generation Activities, all the way from shaping and developing new DG formats, managing the invitation process, following up on Demand Generation Activities, to driving Customer curated experiences and hosting and facilitating individual campaigns
  • Support Customer Advisory and management in creating new digital campaign formats to publish engaging content for social media, as well as initiate engaging activities aimed at internal and external audiences through social media channels.
  • Support / Facilitate customer engagement in our SAP immersive experience environment (Story building, hosting the IX Room, recording ….)
  • Build powerful presentations and/or business cases for customer engagements.
  • Create and promote internal and external communications, according to brand guidelines.
  • Gather and understand complex topics and create audience-relevant and compelling messages & programs, plus produce a variety of materials such as newsletters, videos, blogs, social media posts and more

What you bring

We are looking for a Working Student, supporting our Swiss Customer Advisory organization. Working with a variety of stakeholders, from business leaders to employees and external parties, you will drive employee engagement, customer experience and demand management activities through your excellent writing skills, project management and create awesome content for Immersive Experience engagements & LinkedIn posts.

Open communication, positive attitude, a constructive feedback culture, entrepreneur mindset and the ambition to drive innovations are describing our culture and behavior.

We’re looking for a student (f/m/d) who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious with a can-do-attitude:

  • Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: business management, economic engineer, business informatics, economics, communications, or related field
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills in English and German, French is a plus
  • Extrovert, communicative and open minded (also with talking to management level)
  • Creative skills for power point, adobe (or similar) and any other tools (e.g. Sway,…), plus ability to quickly get up to speed on new tools
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (focus on PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and in a proactive, structured manner with a hands-on, reliable working style

Why us?

  • Independent work in a team and steep development opportunities in a globally established company
  • Maximum Flexibility: work remotely from home or connect with your peers in the office
  • Innovative and energy-fueled teams, who want to make an impact in the business world
  • Gain new skills and on-the-job experience, collaborate with colleagues around the world, and have fun doing it all
  • Working with a passionate group of diverse professionals in a fast-paced environment to jump-start your own career
  • Our early talents transform the way we conduct business – be part of SAPs future
