What you´ll build
We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support the SAP Signavio.Next team in organizational, operational, and coordination topics. Your work helps ensure transparency across initiatives, smooth collaboration within the team, and structured execution of innovation projects.
Your responsibilities include:
Team Coordination
- Organize and document team meetings, retrospectives, and workshops, ensuring clear follow-ups and ownership
- Facilitate quarterly OKR workshops and contribute to structured goal and performance tracking
- Consolidate cross-team priorities, action items, and dependencies to ensure transparency and execution
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across strategic and operational topics.
- Prepare leadership materials and manage scheduling and calendar coordination for key initiatives
- Analyze insights from team formats and translate them into process improvements
Hiring & Onboarding
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process
- Conduct first-round interviews and coordinate candidate communication
- Maintain overview of working students, fellows, and interns
- Design and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes
Operations & Governance
- Oversee cost center budget tracking and coordinate procurement workflows
- Develop and maintain the team’s knowledge management system and documentation landscape
- Manage tool access, permissions, and collaboration standards
Communication & Culture
- Organize remote, hybrid, and in-person team events and workshops to strengthen engagement and collaboration
- Review and refine internal and external communication and enablement materials
- Run the operational workflow of the “Process Transformers” podcast, including guest coordination, preparation, publication and promotion
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Fluent in English (written and verbal). German is a big plus but not mandatory. Turkish is a plus but not mandatory.
- You are structured, proactive, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- You enjoy connecting people and topics, thinking strategically, and improving processes.
- You communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders.
- Prior experience in operations, coordination, or project-related roles is a plus.
