Job Description

We help the world run better

At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll build

The SAP SuccessFactors Community Events bring our customers, partners, and SAP teams together across Germany. Through several regional events, we create space for exchange, best practices, and meaningful discussions around modern HR topics and SAP SuccessFactors.

As a working student (f/m/d), you will support us in planning, executing, and bringing these events to life on site. You will work closely with the Community Events team and also support colleagues with the organization of additional customer and team events.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the organization and execution of SAP SuccessFactors Community Events (planning, preparation, and delivery)
  • Coordinating processes, participant lists, locations, and external service providers
  • Supporting communication with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with the preparation of event materials (agendas, participant information, presentations)
  • Supporting the team on site during events (check‑in, agenda coordination, attendee support)
  • Providing general organizational support for colleagues across additional event formats
  • Creating videos and LinkedIn posts

What you bring

  • You are an enrolled student (f/m/d), ideally studying business administration, communication, event or media management, business informatics, or a comparable field
  • Strong interest in event organization, communication, and teamwork
  • A structured, reliable working style and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent German (C1 or higher) and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • First experience with image and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Camtasia, Clipchamp, or similar)
  • A hands‑on mindset, openness, and enjoyment in working collaboratively
  • Knowledge of HR or software sales is a plus
  • Availability to work from the Walldorf office at least once per week is required

Skills You May Use or Develop

  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Communication and collaboration across teams
  • Digital marketing and event tools proficiency
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, international environment
