What you'll do

• Support team lead in organizational, administrative and strategic work
• Maintain and create content of internal team website
• Analyze and monitor usage of internal website
• Create, fine-tune and distribute documents and presentations with attention to details
• Organize and setup meetings and maintain calendars
• Attend (team) meetings and write minutes

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: business administration or informatics or similar
• Computer skills: Mandatory: Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), as a plus: Sharepoint or other website building experience
• Language skills: Mandatory: Excellent German and English language skills
• Soft skills: expert in organizing, analytical thinking, quick learning, creative, team player

We are an interdisciplinary team of experts – located all over the globe. We act as trusted advisors with industry focus on Public Sector and solution focus on SAP’s cloud offerings.
We help our sales teams when dealing with public tenders for cloud solutions and bring the needs of our customers into ur organization

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
