What you'll build

• Build, iterate, and maintain executive-ready dashboards that surface KPIs, trends, and actionable insights for leadership
• Develop automated, reliable reports and self-serve analytics using low-code/no-code platforms
• Establish and enforce data quality checks, definitions, and refresh processes to ensure trust in metrics
• Prototype and deploy AI solutions: craft effective prompts, develop AI agents/workflows, and embed them into business processes using low/no-code tooling
• Work in an agile manner, managing a backlog, prioritizing quick wins, and scaling successful solutions.

What you bring

• B.Sc / M.Sc Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to frame ambiguous questions and translate them into measurable outcomes
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms for analytics and automation (e.g., Power BI /Tableau; Power Automate, or similar)
• Proven record of building executive dashboards, including KPI design, drilldowns, and mobile-friendly views
• Data fundamentals: Data modeling basics (e.g., star schema), measure logic, and data transformation; SQL experience is a plus
• Practical experience with AI prompting and building chatbots/agents using low/no-code tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar)
• Detail orientation and a quality mindset, including documentation, version control, and data validation
• Collaborative, curious, and delivery-focused; adept at working cross-functionally in an agile environment.
