Das werden deine Aufgaben sein

In unserem Beratungsteam für die deutsche Energiewirtschaft suchen wir eine Person, die Eigenwirksam und Verantwortungsbewusst für uns sehr relevante und wertreibende Themen bearbeitet.

Eine Auswahl der Themen kann wie folgt aussehen:

Analyse neuer Technologien oder Arbeitsweisen zum Einsatz in der Beratung (z.B. Künstliche Intelligenz)
Erstellung von Prototypen auf Basis unserer Plattform zur Bedienung kundenspezifischer Use Cases (z.B. Apps zur Prozessautomatisierung)
Erarbeitung von White-Papern zu aktuellen Trends sowie deren Chancen und Risiken
Übernahme von Teilprojekten (Planung, Konzeption und Durchführung) in unserer Task Force zum Wissensaufbau
Unterstützung des Managers bei Kunden Events und strategischen Initiativen

Das solltest du mitbringen

Student (w/m/d) an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule
Bevorzugte Studienrichtung: Alle MINT Fächer, aber nicht darauf beschränkt. Es sollte eine Begeisterung für die Energiewirtschaft vorhanden sein
Computerkenntnisse / Programmiersprachen: Jegliche Programmierkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (min. C1), Englisch (min. B2)
Soft Skills:
- eigenmotiviert, -verantwortlich und-wirksam
- verlässlich und transparent in der Kommunikation
- pragmatisch und umsetzungsorientiert
Die Arbeit wird weitestgehend im Büro erfolgen
Lokations: Berlin, Dresden, Hannover oder Hamburg

In unserem Beratungsteam wachsen wir gemeinsam an den Herausforderungen in größeren Transformationsvorhaben und stellen uns kontinuierlich neuen Trends in der Energieversorgungswirtschaft. Unsere Kunden erwarten von uns hierbei vorrangig auch, dass wir ihnen zeigen, wie sie den größten Mehrwert aus unserer Industrielösung herausholen und dass wir hierbei unser breites Branchenwissen einbringen.

Deine Bewerbungsunterlagen sollten neben einem Anschreiben, tabellarischen Lebenslauf, aktuellen Notenspiegel und gültiger Immatrikulationsbescheinigung auch Kopien von Zwischen-, Schulabschluss- und, soweit vorhanden, Arbeitszeugnissen (Praktika) als Anlagen enthalten. Bitte beschreibe außerdem deine Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in Fremdsprachen und Computerprogrammen/Programmiersprachen.
