What you bring
You have developing but hands-on experience in interaction design, prototyping, and design systems, and the ability to translate user needs and research insights into effective design solutions. Contributing to usability testing, creating early design concepts, and iterating based on feedback are all within scope at T2. An understanding of AI interfaces, including conversational flows, prompt design, and system responses, is important and will be developed further in the role. The ability to work within and apply design system standards without close supervision on routine tasks is expected.
Portfolio is required for consideration
- 4+ years of corporate work experience with a focus on software design across a variety of platforms.
- A portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Media Arts, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong interaction design skills and a comprehensive understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to prototype in Figma, Sketch, Framer, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or similar tools.
- Experience designing for accessibility.
- A keen eye for detail and an affinity for consistency.
- Ability to grasp and distill complex issues into clean, focused, understandable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design work to large groups and stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for an iterative design process and openness to group critique.
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
What you´ll build
You'll create and iterate user flows, low- to high-fidelity prototypes, and UI components aligned with design systems. Conducting guided usability testing and refining designs based on insights are regular parts of the role. You'll design AI-based experiences, including conversational flows and guided interactions, with a focus on usability and consistency. Working closely with product and engineering teams to validate design feasibility and maintain alignment across the design lifecycle.
- User flows, sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes.
- UI components aligned with design system standards.
- AI-based experiences, including conversational flows and guided interactions.
- Accessible design solutions, developed in partnership with the Accessibility team.
- UX taken from conception through discovery, design, and development.
- Usability tests and design iterations based on the insights they surface.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and senior designers day to day.
- Work closely with our Design Systems and Accessibility teams to keep solutions consistent and accessible.
- Collaborate with our extended global product teams to serve customers and millions of users around the world.
- Present and develop design ideas in a large team environment.
- Continuously broaden your horizon on design methods and technologies.
