What you Bring

  • You bring proven experience in user experience or interaction design, and you work collaboratively — engaging openly with designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to co-create solutions and contribute thoughtfully to decisions.
  • You bring a solid understanding of UX methodologies — from research to delivery — and feel comfortable creating user journeys, scenario flows, personas, storyboards, prototypes, presentations, and UI specifications.
  • You excel at translating complex requirements into thoughtful and delightful user experiences, keeping clarity, value, and usability at the center. You are fluent in using and extending design systems, applying existing components with intention while identifying opportunities to enhance and scale the system.
  • You have a talent for simplifying the complex, turning Jobs-to-be-Done into intuitive flows, innovative interaction patterns, and interfaces that feel effortless for users.
  • Experience with enterprise software, data visualization, or artificial intelligence is a plus — not required, but appreciated.
