What you'll do

1. Develop and maintain test automation strategies in SAP's intelligent enterprise transformations context.
2. Utilize Tricentis product(s) expertise to solve test scope and automation complexities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-specific test automation strategies.
4. Collaborate with global and senior stakeholders on strategic adoption programs.
5. Act as the product expert in customer engagements, focusing on improving testing efficiency through automation and enhancing our SAP test automation capabilities.

What you bring

We are seeking a skilled Tricentis Expert to join our team and enhance our test automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Tricentis products, especially Tosca enterprise end-to-end automation, and proficiency in change analysis intelligence (LiveCompare), and preferably with SAP Products and Solutions. Additionally, experience with data integrity, load and performance testing is highly desirable.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
2. >6 years of IT experience in SAP Test Automation using Tricentis Products.
3. Extensive hands-on expertise in Tricentis products, especially Tosca enterprise end-to-end automation and proficiency in change analysis intelligence (LiveCompare).
4. Expert in strategizing test automation for multiple customers, including greenfield and brownfield S4HANA implementation projects.
5. Sound knowledge in test management, preparation, execution, reporting, and defect life cycle using tools like SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and others.
6. Ability to ideate, design, and innovate use cases to improve our SAP test automation capabilities using Gen-AI, Machine Learning, CI/CD pipeline, and other technologies.
7. Proficiency in any one programming language (Java or Python).
8. Preferred to have knowledge in data integrity, load, and performance testing.
9. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
10. Strong program or project management experience demonstrating successful leadership in test automation initiatives.
11. Certification in Tricentis products is preferred.
