ABOUT THE CAREER STARTERS PROGRAM

Step into the world of SAP without prior experience! From day one:

  • Secure an unlimited-term contract and join the Trainee Program starting 01.10.2025 or 01.01.2026.
  • Engage globally in (onsite) workshops, on-the-job training with prestigious clients across diverse industries supported by your colleagues.

Learn more about your first-year day-to-day activities. As a Trainee you will:

  • get familiar with the technical and functional assets / objects / tables / etc. in SAP S/4HANA Accounting.
  • Touch base with our S/4HANA In-Memory Database.
  • pass the trainings and deliver services together with the experts.
  • participate in BackOffice support and learn to master critical customer situations.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in computer or natural sciences or business economics.
  • Programming experience in at least one programming language (ABAP, C++, Java, Phyton,…)
  • “Tell it like it is” communication style and presentation skills in German (mandatory) and English.
  • Team player spirit and can-do attitude motivates the people you work with.
  • Flexibility to travel (20 - 40%) to customers in EMEA region, or globally (rotation programs).

Our Center of Expertise is a global service delivery organization embedded into SAP Adoption Services Center with the board area Customer Success.

We are delivering premium services to explore, realize and run client’s SAP S/4HANA transformation journey.

Early talents and experienced team players work hand in hand to kick-off and mentor your onboarding phase. Team-of-two deliveries with a strong back-office support became one pillar to our success.
