  • Lead and manage complex, partner-led sales opportunities and support partners throughout business-critical deals.
  • Develop and execute SAP strategies for top accounts, opportunity management, partners, and customer engagement, including the identification of long-term growth initiatives.
  • Coach and support partner organizations throughout the entire sales and post-sales cycle to strengthen their sales capabilities and further develop their go-to-market strategies.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills at the C-level and executive level.
  • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong strategic consulting capabilities and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to partners, customers, and internal leadership teams.

Where You'll Belong

A key objective of the role is to establish a partner-autonomous sales segment in line with the GTM 2027 strategy.

The primary mission of the Territory Ecosystem Manager (TEM) is to accelerate cloud transformation in the ERP domain and drive the adoption of Line-of-Business (LoB) solutions across assigned existing and new customers through targeted partner management, enabling SAP to achieve its ambitious growth targets in this segment.
