What you’ll build

Join us as the technical Service Owner for Moderne, a mission‑critical service that enables large‑scale automated refactoring across SAP. This role combines strategic product leadership, technical understanding, and a passion for exceptional user experience. You will define the vision and roadmap for reliably running Moderne, organize and prioritize the team backlog by business impact, and work closely with internal development teams and the Product Manager to deliver a reliable service that dramatically reduce manual effort and accelerate developer productivity. Your work will help developers spend less time on repetitive maintenance and more time building business value — powered by automation and AI.

What you bring

- 3-5 years of experience as Product Owner/ Service Owner

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and code refactoring concepts;

- Proven ability to prioritize a complex backlog and balance business needs with long‑term technical health.

- Comfortable working with engineering teams, translating technical constraints to business stakeholders and vice versa.

- Data‑driven mindset: define and use metrics to measure success and guide decisions.

- good communication and stakeholder management skills; empathy for developer users..

- Hands-on experience in software development and usage of Github

- Profound in leveraging AI to achieve measurable business outcome
