What you'll bring

Bring your deep expertise in premium engagement consulting, SAP solution advisory, and the ability to lead complex, high-impact service deliveries and teams that resolve critical customer situations and drive outstanding transformation outcomes. If you can design repeatable delivery frameworks, govern operational and financial risk at scale, mentor consulting professionals, and serve as the go-to authority on white glove service delivery, you are ready to lead at this level.

What you'll build

You will lead complex premium engagement consulting deliveries, govern customer requirements analysis and service proposal development, oversee risk identification and mitigation across functional, technological, and operational domains, lead de-escalation of critical situations, take senior financial and operational responsibility for service deliveries, drive content development and knowledge sharing initiatives, and govern delivery process optimisation and automation across the Premium Engagement portfolio. The role translates the experience from SAP's most complex and critical customer situations into outcome-driven white glove service deliveries. It supports customer initiatives and critical situations with strategic solution advisory and technical expertise, leveraging a repeatable delivery framework and end-to-end solution portfolio to ensure consistent delivery quality globally for Premium Engagement customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account management roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated expertise in service delivery coordination and project management
  • Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and service management tools
  • Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics
  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding client-centric solutions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments
  • Experience analyzing client satisfaction data and implementing improvement initiatives
  • Preferred: Multilingual capabilities, particularly Korean and English fluency
  • Preferred: Background in service-based industries such as consulting, technology services, or professional services
  • Preferred: Experience mentoring or leading junior team members

Additional Information

Employment Type: Full time permanent
External Hired Case: Probation Period: 3 months from the date of hire (extendable if necessary)
