Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager specializing in security service development and implementation within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS). This role focuses on contributing to service creation while managing technical delivery aspects of advanced security services including Firewall, Web Application Firewall improvements, CIEM, and Zero Trust implementations across cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Service Development & Contribution

• Contribute to Security Service Creation: Actively participate in enabling and launching new security services (Firewall, enhanced WAF, CIEM solutions) rather than leading strategic initiatives
• Service Configuration: Support the design of security services including ZTNA implementations, DDoS protection, and cloud security posture management tools
• Technical Documentation: Support the creation of technical documentation, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures for security services

Project Management & Coordination

• Technical Project Coordination: Manage technical delivery timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking for security service implementations
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate between Security Architecture, ECS Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• JIRA Management: Conduct backlog grooming sessions, manage sprint planning, and track technical deliverables using Agile methodologies
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular technical updates to architecture teams and operations stakeholders

Security Architecture Review Support

• Manage assignment and tracking of Security Architecture Design Document reviews, ensuring efficient distribution to appropriate team members
• Technical Review Coordination: Facilitate technical reviews between security architecture and delivery teams

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 7+ years experience in technical project management with focus on security implementations
• Basic understanding of cloud security services across major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Awareness of security tools including WAF, SIEM, IAM solutions, and network security appliances
• Technical writing expertise with ability to create clear, actionable technical documentation and SOPs
• Understanding of security architecture, design and implementation principles

Project Management Experience

• Agile/Scrum experience with proficiency in JIRA administration and sprint management
• Technical delivery focus along with strategic program leadership
• Cross-functional coordination experience with development, security, and operations teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant cloud/security certifications
