What you’ll Do

As the Suite Solution Advisor (SA) for Autonomous Enterprise Transformation, you will act as the strategic orchestrator for scaling AI-driven and business transformation initiatives across the MEE region. You will serve as the central interface between regional Market Units and global stakeholders, ensuring the consistent execution of SAP’s Autonomous Suite and Business AI strategy with measurable customer and business impact.

In this role, you will help shape the evolution from traditional enterprise processes toward an Autonomous Enterprise model — leveraging SAP Autonomous Suite and SAP Business AI Platform, to enable intelligent, data-driven, and increasingly self-optimizing business operations.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Solution Areas, Value Advisory, Industry Advisory, Architecture Advisory, Customer Advisory, and regional Market Units to identify, incubate, and scale high-impact business transformation use cases powered by AI, automation, and integrated business data.

Your mission is to make the value of SAP’s AI-powered Autonomous Suite tangible for customers and internal stakeholders — accelerating adoption, innovation, and scalable business outcomes across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate a cross-functional virtual task force to identify, validate, and scale high-value Autonomous Enterprise and AI-powered SAP Autonomous Suite use cases.
• Drive end-to-end go-to-market execution for transformational business scenarios — from value proposition and storytelling to demos, workshops, and executive engagements.
• Position SAP Autonomous Suite as the digital core for intelligent, adaptive, and autonomous business operations.
• Collaborate closely with regional Market Units to align transformation use cases with local customer priorities, industry challenges, and market dynamics.
• Build and scale a vibrant regional community focused on AI-driven enterprise transformation, best-practice exchange, innovation acceleration, and enablement.
• Enable customers and internal stakeholders to understand the strategic value of SAP Business AI, SAP Business Data Cloud, and agentic business processes within the SAP ecosystem.
• Capture customer and stakeholder feedback loops to continuously refine transformation strategies, messaging, and business value realization.
• Design and execute scalable communication and enablement initiatives including executive roundtables, innovation forums, best-practice exchanges, partner events, and regional townhalls.
• Support strategic customer engagements and executive conversations around AI-enabled business transformation, intelligent automation, and next-generation enterprise operating models.
• Act as a trusted advisor for integrating business applications, data, AI, and automation into a unified Autonomous Enterprise vision.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business IT, Digital Transformation, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in presales, business transformation, strategic communications, or go-to-market roles within enterprise software or digital transformation environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP Autonomous Suite, SAP Business AI, SAP Business Technology Platform, and intelligent enterprise architectures.
• Proven experience driving innovation, AI adoption, change management, and transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Autonomous Enterprise concepts, AI-driven operating models, intelligent automation, and data-centric business transformation.
• Deep knowledge of SAP organizational structures, Solution Areas, regional dynamics, and Market Unit operations.
• Experience designing and scaling enablement and incubation initiatives across cross-functional and virtual organizations.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI and enterprise technology concepts into compelling business narratives.
• Hands-on experience with content strategy and executive communications across digital channels, newsletters, social media, and event formats.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement capabilities with proven ability to influence across senior leadership levels.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, global, matrix organizations.
• Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, AI-driven business transformation, and customer-centric value creation.
• Strong intercultural collaboration mindset and commitment to operational excellence.
• Fluent in English and German.
