SAP Max Success Plans offer customers the highest level of engagement available within SAP; supporting digital transformations, implementation projects, creating best-run operations as well as initiating innovation opportunities. The engagement is a tailored, multi-year partnership with our customers. Through this offering these customers, in collaboration with our partners, get access to SAP global teams of experts across all cloud product & solution portfolios. Our main goal is to make sure customers get Max value from all SAP cloud solutions.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
A Success Plan Manager is responsible for defining and orchestrating Cloud Services to customers with a Max cloud subscription. As trusted on-site advisor, you have a crucial role in the setup and execution of the customer transformation roadmap with SAP Cloud Services.
Based upon your SAP track record you have both the functional and/or technical experience and coordination skills to orchestrate SAP global teams and specialists to create tangible business outcomes for our customers. The Success Plan Manager effectively combines the roles of a portfolio manager (identifying and prioritizing Cloud Services with customers), and service delivery manager (ensuring Cloud Services are delivered as contracted).
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Lead Max Success Plan(s)
- Adoption and optimization across all customer SAP cloud solutions
- Analysis of customer situation/requirements, including business requirements, program/project, IT, transformational, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational topics
- Engagement planning of Max Success Plans to customer situation/requirements, solutions, create a value proposition, secure customer alignment, contracts, including working with account teams, solution or industry experts, partners, executives, and delivery support teams
- Engagement quality and execution of Max Success Plan, including governance, top issue/escalation management, executive reporting & presentations, resource staffing, procurement, contract management, and services delivery
- Engineering services or resources for end-to-end projects or focused phased activities, including design, optimization, assessment, technical integration, validation, operations, escalations, empower training, and workshops
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:
- Strong SAP business and technical solution architecture expertise
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy and professionalism
- Highly customer service oriented with strong customer management skills
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and strong networks in customer IT/Business and SAP Ecosystem
- Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic are required
- Open to travel
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree, preferably in business / economics / computer science / mathematics
- Language: fluent English and Dutch is preferable
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP’s Enterprise Solutions, Industry Solutions, Platform Solutions, SaaS Solutions, Third-Party and/or Partner Technologies.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, and/or SAP Business Technology Platform, AI technologies, and/or SAP cloud LoB’s preferred.
- SAP project management, value management, and quality management practices
- Experience leading design, implementation, and change management projects
- Pre-sales, Solutioning, Procurement, Contract Lifecycles, Contract Renewals, and Customer Retention experience
- Experience working with c-levels, senior leaders, influencers, and trusted advisors
