Meet your team
SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS) provides a wide range of services for managing business process and application logic, data layers, application security, software releases, performance, integrations and adoption accelerator through a subscription. Our application experts are engaged across the customer lifecycle to understand customer’s needs, helping to define and scoping elements and outcomes aiming a delivery of service excellence.
What you’ll do
- Business Operations
- Maintain P&L for the practice with focus on cost optimization
- Margin and cost analysis per service line with focus on productivity improvements
- Ensure timely entry of time in ESP and reconcile with payments and MU posting
- Delivery Coordination
- Act as conduit between management and consultants
- Coordinate projects with consultants and mangers within practice
- Raise and mitigate risks for management attention
- AMo Capacity Management
- Manage global CoE suppliers to scale up and build factory model for Next Gen CAS services
- Support in Global Supplier selection & rate card negotiation
- Alignment with SAP’s Global Purchasing Organization (GPO)
- Support purchasing guidelines
- Support in alignment with regional SAP stakeholders
- Reporting and Strategic Insights
- Governance, Performance and Escalation Management for individual consultants
- Generating reports (spend analysis, utilization, etc.)
- Participate in resourcing (bid process)
- Purchase order handling and staffing (Fieldglass)
- Supplier On-boarding & Supplier performance management
- Trouble shooting & Escalation handling
- Accounting and controlling (time recording management, cost allocation procedures)
- Reporting to senior leadership (quantitative metrics)
What you bring
Education and qualifications
- Graduation (B.E./B.Com/B.Sc.)
- Master of Business Administration (Mandatory)
- Certification in SAP Module
- Exposure to working in global teams
Required skills
- 1+ year of experience in IT Services Industry
- Flexibility to work with different time zones and regions and to handle multiple complex topics in parallel
- Good powerpoint and Microsoft word skills
- Ability to interact with key strategic stakeholders
- Analytical thinking and decision-making ability
- Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex environments
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic & global team
- Ability to establish solid working relationships with team members, suppliers and peer teams.
- Willingness to travel & Intercultural competences
Preferred skills
- Demonstrated history of ability to compute data, process and leverage for management reporting
- Mature individual with keen eye for detail
- Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation and positive attitude
