• Customer-facing experience — helpdesk, service desk, or similar — where communication and issue resolution were central to your work
• A structured approach to troubleshooting and root cause analysis — you work methodically and document findings to support knowledge management and self-service channels
• Curiosity about business processes; some exposure to SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) or another ERP system is a bonus
• A practical, open approach to AI — you embrace human–AI collaboration, take responsibility for the quality of AI-generated outputs, and use AI-assisted tools to work more effectively
• Fluency in English is required for this role.

What you'll build

You will contribute to resolving technical issues for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) customers and partners, building your expertise in a structured support environment.

• Investigate and troubleshoot customer-reported issues, working toward resolution with guidance from experienced colleagues
• Communicate directly with customers in English via written updates and calls, setting clear expectations throughout
• Document solutions to strengthen shared knowledge bases and self-service support channels
• Identify recurring patterns and flag them to support continuous improvement
• Build your technical depth in SAP EWM over time, with structured team support
• Share feedback with product development teams based on observed customer patterns

The team is based in Budapest — a collaborative space where deep product knowledge and continuous learning are valued.
