SAP is looking for a Solution Sales Executive Expert in Belgium, Brussels. The Solution Sales Executive for SAP BTP is a strategic cloud sales leader who combines strong business acumen, deep SAP platform expertise, and an innovation-first mindset. You will drive BTP, BDC, and AI revenue, influence customer strategy, and position SAP as the partner of choice for digital transformation.

This role is ideal for a high-energy, evangelist-style seller who can inspire customers, shape markets, and close complex cloud deals.

Hybrid role.

What you will be doing:

Account Leadership & Strategy

  • Own the BTP business for assigned accounts, building and executing strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities.
  • Engage senior executives (CIO, CDO, CTO, CFO) to shape digital strategy and articulate SAP’s innovation vision.

Pipeline Growth & Opportunity Creation

  • Hunt and develop net-new pipeline across BTP, Integration, Data, and AI.
  • Identify opportunities beyond active RFPs through discovery and strategic demand generation.

Value-Based Selling

  • Work with Value Advisors to deliver compelling, quantified ROI narratives, value cases, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Connect SAP’s platform capabilities to concrete customer outcomes.

AI, Data & Innovation Leadership

  • Lead conversations around BDC, AI/ML, automation, extensibility, and knowledge-driven architectures.
  • Drive early customer adoption of new innovations (e.g., Joule agents, scalable PoCs, industry AI use cases).

Demos, PoCs & Technical Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Solution Advisors on demos, prototypes, PoCs, ensuring customer-specific relevance.
  • Ensure the right assets, environments, and storytelling are ready to win competitive cycles.

Deal Strategy & Commercial Execution

  • Lead commercial discussions, pricing, TCO positioning, and negotiation to close BTP deals.
  • Influence account teams and partners to prioritize BTP-led transformation.

Adoption, Consumption & Customer Success

  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, strong consumption, and reference-ready outcomes.
  • Support renewal cycles and identify expansion opportunities.

Executive Relationships & Governance

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customer buying centers.
  • Run executive meetings, QBRs, and platform-focused steering sessions.

Ecosystem & Partner Collaboration

  • Engage consulting and hyperscaler partners (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, AWS, Google, Databricks, Snowflake) to co-sell and co-create differentiated solutions.

Competitive & Market Expertise

  • Stay ahead of AI, data, and integration trends to position SAP BTP as the clear market leader.
  • Act as a visible market influencer and ambassador for BTP.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • 10–15+ years in enterprise cloud sales, solution sales, or consulting.
  • Track record of exceeding quota in complex SaaS or platform selling environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Integration, Data, AI, extensibility, and cloud architectures.
  • Proven ability to drive C‑suite engagement, influence stakeholders, and shape customer strategy.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort operating in matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to build quantified business cases and value-driven proposals.
  • Evangelist profile: confident presenter, active networker, credible influencer.
