Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Stack Developer to join our team and support our Solution Engineers in debugging and bug-fixing activities. As a member of our Solution Engineering team, you will operate in an Agile environment, gain expertise in Signavio Solutions, expand your knowledge through collaboration with Signavio Development teams, and ensure our customers enjoy a seamless experience, even when bugs arise in our codebase. This role offers a unique opportunity to participate in high-impact projects, learn from diverse development teams, and grow within a dynamic tech environment. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in frontend and backend development, with a strong emphasis on hands-on coding. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences. This is a chance to make a significant impact and elevate our engineering standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-3 years in end-to-end development of applications, network systems, and server infrastructures.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript, or similar skillset.
• Strong skills in Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with frameworks such as Django, Spring, or Node.js.
• Proven ability to execute test scripts.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across different teams.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Experience working remotely or with remote colleagues.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus.

• Responsible for creating and developing internal relationships, and actively participating in business development activities
• Help with the development or improvement of internal processes and tools to enhance the team’s performance and daily work (identify and improve processes, procedures, automation).
• Critical, innovative thinking to overcome hurdles, ability to propose solutions to challenging scenarios.
• Be a fast learner and take part in assisting in projects/issues/tasks through completion, including paired learning from more senior engineers.
• Ensure all work allocated and completed is to the agreed company standards and procedures
• Demonstrate respect towards management through courteous and considerate interactions. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, upholding ethical standards, and displaying honesty and integrity in your actions and communications.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 42300 - 92100(CAD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
