This position is a customer-focused presales professional with strong business storytelling and customer engagement capabilities. They are passionate about translating technology into clear business value and designing impactful customer experience journeys.
This individual brings experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and is confident delivering high-quality demonstrations, executive engagements, and immersive customer interactions. They collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams and can align stakeholders to drive successful customer engagements.
He/She combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills, demonstrating the ability to manage experience programs, customer demonstrations, and engagement logistics while maintaining high standards of quality and business impact.

What You’ll Do
Drive Customer Experience Strategy
• Define and execute the Demo & Experience Center strategy aligned with SAP strategy and customer engagement objectives.
• Design compelling, outcome-driven customer journeys tailored to industries, personas, and business challenges leveraging Demo Room.
• Develop scalable engagement programs and packaged demo offerings that enhance customer experience quality and consistency.
• Lead initiatives to promote and maximize utilization of the Demo room across sales and presales organizations.

Lead Experience Content & Storytelling Excellence
• Govern and localize global demo content to ensure relevance, consistency, and impact.
• Develop curated experience packages aligned with key business transformation scenarios.
• Establish operational guidelines and best practices for showcase content delivery.
• Oversee creation and management of customer-facing engagement materials including brochures, experience guides, and storytelling frameworks.
• Drive enablement and deployment of newly developed global Experience Center content.

Orchestrate Global Collaboration
• Serve as the primary interface between Korea and the global Experience Center network.
• Lead cross-regional collaboration and global broadcasting sessions to deliver integrated customer engagement experiences.
• Identify and leverage global best practices, innovation assets, and success stories.

Manage End-to-End Demo Room Operations
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize Demo Room utilization and customer engagement effectiveness.
• Manage Demo Room booking processes, tour coordination, and customer engagement logistics.
• Maintain and manage collaboration platforms including SharePoint, scheduling systems, and community engagement channels.
• Ensure governance and quality standards for customer demonstration programs.

Enable Storyteller & Stakeholder Alignment
• Coordinate and assign domain-specific storytellers across solution areas.
• Provide coaching and guidance to ensure value-based and narrative-driven demonstration of delivery.
• Partner closely with Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Global teams to deliver cohesive and impactful customer engagements.

Drive Continuous Experience Innovation
• Establish structured feedback tracking processes following customer engagements.
• Analyze insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation of customer experiences.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable enhancements to content, storytelling, and engagement programs.

Solution Advisory & Presales Execution
• Provide deep solution-specific expertise to support new sales and customer adoption initiatives
• Deliver both standard and customized/personalized solution demonstrations aligned with customer business priorities
• Support account teams by delivering solution presentations, workshops, and customer events to identify and qualify opportunities
• Contribute to account strategy development and position SAP solutions to drive customer transformation
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring a unified approach across SAP
• Support one-to-many sales and marketing events both on-site and remotely
• Collaborate with sales and presales teams to develop compelling storytelling, themes, and competitive differentiation
• Conduct dry runs and preparation sessions for strategic customer engagements and executive presentations
• Support deal progression through opportunity qualification and solution positioning
• Ensure effective transition of customer engagements to implementation partners and services delivery teams
• Engage with customers to reinforce SAP solution vision and support expansion and renewal opportunities
• Leverage digital assets including demos, presentations, and engagement content throughout the sales cycle

Required Skills & Preferred Experience
• Understanding of SAP solutions or enterprise business applications; industry or Line-of-Business expertise is preferred. (Preferred SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP SCM or SAP solutions experience)
• SAP product experience and/or +7 years of relevant solutions/Lines of Business experience
• Expert knowledge/expertise on end-to-end business processes/solution matching
• Experience in Presales, Solution Advisory, Consultant, or Customer Experience roles within enterprise software or IT organizations.
• Great Presenter to have an ability to articulate solution capabilities through outcome-driven storytelling aligned with customer business priorities.
• Proven experience delivering solution demonstrations, executive briefings, or Experience Center engagements.
• Knowledge of enterprise business solutions and digital transformation scenarios.
• Experience working with global or cross-regional teams in matrix organizations.
• Ability to quickly understand customer business goals and ensure they are at the center of recommended solutions
• Ability to collaborate and influence across Sales, Presales, Marketing, Services, and Global teams.
• Passion and energy in all customer interactions
• Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement
