The AI, Data and Platform Solution Advisory team is highly regarded by our sales team, architect teams and our customers. We are looking to supplement our team with an experienced AI specialist. We are looking for your machine learning or GenAI capabilities perhaps in solutions such as Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, AWS, Azure

As the Solution Advisor (SA) or Pre-sales Advisor or Expert for SAP Artificial Intelligence, you will be the go-to AI solution specialist for the sales team. You will use your deep expertise in data platforms, and AI to support the entire sales cycle — from opportunity identification through deal closure, be focused with adoption/ consumption mindset and post-sale expansion.

You will help customers modernize their data platforms, and AI capabilities using SAP platform solutions and expand their SAP footprint to maximize business value.

• Provide deep Data & AI solution expertise to support new sales and adoption for key customers using SAP Business Data Cloud (Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Databricks, SAP HANA Cloud, Intelligent Apps & Data Products, and Open Data Ecosystem Partners), SAP Business AI, and SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP AI Core, GenAI Hub, Doc AI, etc)
• Deliver standard and customized demonstrations showing how customers can unlock business value from their data using analytics, data products and AI
• Support Account Teams with data-driven solution presentations, workshops and demos to identify, qualify and progress opportunities
• Lead and drive high-impact customer engagements: executive briefings, technical workshops, architecture reviews, RFP responses, customized demos, and multi-stakeholder proofs-of-concept.
• Evaluate data and analytics maturity, architecture and use cases to determine where to invest in opportunities
• Establish yourself as the AI thought leader within the account team and contribute to account strategy
• Collaborate with Sales, Partners and Marketing to build differentiated Data & AI value propositions
• Conduct technical and business dry-runs for strategic data platform and AI engagements
• Transition successful opportunities to implementation partners and SAP Services with clear solution designs
• Engage customers continuously to expand adoption of SAP Artificial Intelligence portfolio solutions and support renewals/ upsells
• You will work with partners (Global SAP Partners & Niche service partners) with complimentary capabilities to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
• Proactively author and distribute thought leadership materials—such as articles, case studies, and best practice guides—demonstrating innovative uses cased within SAP Artificial Intelligence and broader Data & AI domain knowledge. Share insights with the extended team to foster continuous learning, encourage the adoption of proven strategies across the Data & AI community of experts within SAP.

What you bring:
• Professional experience in enterprise software, cloud platforms, data, analytics and AI
• 15+ years of experience in SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Artificial Intelligence and SAP Business Technology Platform cloud solution (Databricks, Snowflake, Google, AWS, Azure, Palantir, SAP BTP, etc.) advisory OR equivalent solution(s)
• Working knowledge of:
o Cloud & SaaS / PaaS platforms
o Data warehousing, engineering, analytics and AI/ ML
o Modern data and AI architectures
• Experience with or exposure to SAP and cross Artificial Intelligence platform (Non-SAP) is highly desirable
• Recognized as a data, analytics or solution expert with a track record of supporting customer success
• Strong ability to build compelling Data & AI-to-value stories
• Ability to understand customer business challenges and map them to data, analytics and AI solutions
• Strong executive presence across CIO/ CDO/ CDIOs and CEOs/ CFOs /Senior Management
• High energy and passion for customer engagement
