We are seeking a Solution Advisor to drive the corporate segment (Small to Medium-sized Enterprises) customers' digital transition from on-premise ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) to Cloud ERP (S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition or Public Edition)
Cloud ERP (S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition) Solution Advisor supports solution demand generation, deal execution, and field/ecosystem enablement for the Cloud ERP and line of business portfolio. This is a customer facing role where you will support the sales teams during the entire life cycle of a Cloud opportunity. The following are the key tasks that this role will perform:
Key Responsibilities of this Role
• Drive and propose on-premise ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) customers’ transition to Cloud ERP (S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition or Public Edition)
• Conduct discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand their unique needs and tailor presentations accordingly
• Lead as a Deal Captain coordinating multiple solution advisory contributors aligning with sales to support a successful deal close
• Compose and deliver superior presentations covering SAP’s solutions to prospective customer audiences. The presentations must articulate the sales message, differentiate SAP, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences which can include senior company executives
• Prepare and deliver value-based software demonstrations and presentations in support of sales cycles. Often manage to handle multiple deals in corporate segment
• Preparation includes personalization of materials to ensure delivery of an appealing and compelling customer presentation
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP Cloud solutions like SAP Business Suite, SAP Cloud ERP, SAP Business Data Cloud and AI and appropriate industries in order to maintain credibility with prospective customers
• Support RFx completion in support of customer proposals and partners as well
• Provide post-sale support for customers/partners to ensure smooth transition
Demand Generation
• Lead & proactive support digital sales activities to promote new and innovative solutions for massive corporate segment customers
• Collaborate with the sales and partners to identify opportunities at various industry accounts
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• 10~15 years of SAP ERP presales or consulting experience, preferably including S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition experience
• Preferred S/4HANA and ECC implementation or consulting experience as SCM/FCM module expert
• Good understanding of SAP Cloud ERP and line-of-business applications
• Hands-on customer facing Technology/ERP Functional Consulting and/or Presales experience for an enterprise software or services vendor
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
• Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement
• SAP Certification on ERP module is a plus
• Good understanding of SAP product strategies (Cloud ERP, Business Technology Platform, Business Data Cloud, Business AI, and Joule)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good understanding of industry specific business processes
• Proactive to learn and share new knowledge
• Fluency in both Korean and English
