We are excited to announce a career opportunity for a Senior Solution Advisor – Business Suite. This senior-level role is critical to driving demand generation, bookings, adoption, and long-term customer success for SAP’s Business Suite solutions.
As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with Presales, Value Advisory, Enterprise Architects, Partners, Account Executives and Sales Management, as well as engage with C-level executives to align SAP offerings with the complex business, AI and platform needs of your clients. What You’ll Do
- Drive Demand & Open Doors
Lead high-impact executive briefings, immersive workshops, and strategic events for non-SAP customers that spark interest and build a strong pipeline for SAP AI and Business Suite solutions. - Influence at the Top
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders both within SAP and across customer and partner organizations, clearly articulating the business value of SAP’s platform. - Drive Deals Forward
Strategize with the VAT team to qualify net new opportunities, then confidently guide them through the sales journey to successful outcomes. - Champion Customer Success
Stay engaged beyond the sale ensuring handover and adoption, delivering value, and cultivating long-term, strategic customer partnerships. - Create Memorable Experiences
Design and deliver compelling Value Exploration and Innovation Workshops, representing SAP as a thought leader both internally and externally. - Align Strategy Across Teams
Collaborate closely with the account teams, both SAP and Partner Ecosystem, to develop cross-suite solutions and build cohesive Bills of Materials (BOMs) that enable customer success. - Mentor & Inspire
Coach and develop Solution Advisors while contributing insights to Voice of the Field initiatives that shape future strategy.
What You Bring
- Proven Experience
7+ years in SAP ERP-focused enterprise software sales, solution advisory, or consulting, with a strong track record of engaging C-level executives and closing multi-million-dollar deals. Experience in driving net new sales opportunities is a plus. - Deep Expertise
Strong, demonstrated command of SAP Business Suite and legacy ECC processes (finance, procurement, planning), with hands-on experience across multiple industries. A passionate advocate for cloud transformation, with the ability to guide customers toward modern, cloud-first ERP environments that drive continuous innovation and operational excellence. - Partner Ecosystem Knowledge
Extensive knowledge of SAP Partner Ecosystem required to vet qualifications, capabilities of indirect partner organization’s ability to execute, industry differentiation and assess sales (process) and individual contributors (execution) capabilities.

Education - bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 194100-411600USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
