Solution Advisor Expert – Agent Led Toolchain

Location: Open to anywhere in the US near an SAP Office

What you'll do:

In this role, you will join a global team within SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM), focusing on strategic customer engagements. You will be responsible for driving pipeline generation, solution expansion, and the adoption of the agent-led toolchain across SAP’s most strategic customers. You will act as a key advocate for the value of SAP’s latest innovations in the agent-led toolchain (including partner solutions), identifying customer-specific use cases, accelerating adoption, and ensuring measurable realization of business value. By aligning technology capabilities with strategic customer needs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping successful transformation journeys. Your contribution is essential to the commercial success of SAP BTM, supporting methodology incubation and establishing the foundation for scalable adoption across SAP’s customer base.

In both short- and long-term customer engagements, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams responsible for delivering the toolchain—such as Enterprise Architects, Business Process Management experts, and Transformation Leads—as well as engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives. Through building strong, trust-based relationships, you will drive impactful and referenceable customer success stories.

To achieve your objectives, you will partner with internal experts from SAP BTM, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP CS&D, as well as with key ecosystem partners including Tricentis, Syniti, Palantir, and Conduct. Your impact will be visible, scalable, and long-lasting, contributing directly to SAP’s transformation agenda and customer success.

What you bring:

You are a customer-focused professional with a hands-on mindset, capable of translating SAP’s Business Transformation Management vision into tangible customer outcomes.

• 6-8+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise or SaaS go-to-market roles, or equivalent positions within software / IT organizations
• Proven experience in enterprise business transformation initiatives, aligning stakeholder priorities with system architectures and transformation roadmaps (e.g., SAP S/4HANA or RISE transformations)
• Strong understanding of SAP’s Business Transformation Management strategy, including the latest product portfolio, innovations, and their business impact for customers
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following solutions: SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM
• A value-driven mindset, with the ability to continuously assess and measure the impact of planned and realized initiatives
• A collaborative and open working style, with experience engaging across cross-functional teams and partner ecosystems
• A strong focus on standardization, repeatability, and building scalable delivery models
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to quickly navigate new environments and grow in dynamic settings
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to effectively engage with senior management and C-level executives across both IT and business functions
• Strong capability to build trust and influence stakeholders to achieve outstanding results

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 194100-411600USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
