About the team

As a Services Solution Advisor (SSA) Intern, you will join a team that connects customer needs with SAP’s services and solutions.

You will gain exposure to the commercial side of SAP, supporting demand generation, sales opportunities, customer insights, and go-to-market activities while collaborating with different teams and experienced professionals.

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, collaborative, and excited to learn how technology, business, and customer strategy come together.

Job Description

Build It

• Discover how SAP transforms customer needs into business opportunities, gaining hands-on exposure to services sales, solution positioning, and demand generation.
• Support real customer opportunities by helping the team develop strategies, prepare presentations and proposals, and position SAP’s services portfolio.
• Turn data into business insights by analyzing pipeline, customer, consumption, cloud, and performance metrics to support commercial decisions.
• Learn how a sales pipeline works from the inside, supporting deal and lead progression, pipeline quality, forecasting activities, and CRM management.
• Contribute to demand generation initiatives across different channels, including campaigns, events, marketing activities, and social media.
• Develop your business and technology knowledge by gaining exposure to SAP’s cloud solutions and building expertise in specific areas of the portfolio.
• Collaborate across teams and learn how Sales, Services, and Solution experts work together to create value for customers.
• Build a strong foundation for your career by developing analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a global technology company.

Bring It

• You are currently enrolled in a university degree, preferably in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You are curious about the intersection of business and technology and interested in understanding how solutions can address real customer challenges.
• You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data, identifying patterns, and turning information into meaningful insights.
• You are proactive and take initiative, with the willingness to ask questions, explore new ideas, and take ownership of your learning.
• You are collaborative and enjoy working as part of a team, building positive relationships and contributing toward shared goals.
• You communicate confidently in English & Spanish and feel comfortable working in an international environment.
• You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially when organizing information, analyzing data, and creating presentations.
• Most importantly, you bring a growth mindset — you are eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to develop in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university degree (Systems Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
