Role Description – Value Advisor

At SAP, we are shaping the future of enterprise transformation through a unified strategy centered on Apps, Data & AI. As a Senior Value Advisor in the Netherlands, you will be at the forefront of this evolution—helping customers unlock business value by leveraging SAP’s integrated data foundation, AI capabilities, and end-to-end application landscape.

In this role, you will position SAP as a strategic partner in the era of agentic AI, where intelligent systems not only support but actively drive business decisions and processes. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, translating SAP’s innovation into measurable business outcomes and guiding organizations in becoming AI-enabled, data-driven enterprises.

You will lead value engagements across the full lifecycle, from defining transformation ambition to realizing continuous value, ensuring that SAP’s Apps, Data & AI strategy delivers tangible impact on growth, resilience, and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in strategy consulting, value engineering, and digital transformation, who are passionate about shaping the next wave of enterprise innovation through App, Data & AI.

Key Responsibilities

Shape Strategic Transformation Through Data, AI, and Applications

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business strategy, competitive positioning, and growth ambitions within their industry.
  • Translate these strategic priorities into transformation initiatives powered by SAP’s integrated data platforms, AI capabilities, and application ecosystem.
  • Position SAP’s portfolio as the foundation for agentic AI-driven enterprises, enabling autonomous decision-making, predictive insights, and continuous optimization.

Build High-Impact Business Cases Anchored in AI and Data Value

  • Develop compelling cases for change that articulate the business value of becoming a data-driven and AI-enabled organization.
  • Quantify value across key dimensions such as revenue growth, cost optimization, risk reduction, and innovation acceleration.
  • Construct strategic business cases and transformation roadmaps aligned with customers’ long-term ambitions.
  • Apply value-based selling methodologies to demonstrate how SAP enables sustainable and scalable business outcomes.

Drive Business & IT Convergence in the Age of AI

  • Act as a strategic advisor to align business and technology leaders around a shared vision for AI-enabled transformation.
  • Facilitate executive workshops focused on data strategy, AI adoption, and intelligent enterprise architecture.
  • Help customers translate strategic ambitions into executable roadmaps powered by SAP’s integrated data, AI, and application stack.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience across Value Engineering, Consulting, or Industry roles, including at least 5 years in strategy or management consulting.
  • Strong expertise in business case development, value engineering, and financial justification of large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and translate innovation into clear business value.
  • Experience in driving business and IT alignment, including executive interviews and C-level workshop facilitation.
  • Solid understanding of how data platforms, AI capabilities, and enterprise applications intersect to drive transformation.
  • Fluency in English (additional Dutch is considerd a plus).
  • Master’s degree.
