About the Role
As a Supply Chain & Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solution Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the sales organization, using your deep expertise in SAP EAM and supply chain solutions to support customers throughout their engagement journey—from early opportunity discovery to post‑sale value realization. Your guidance will help clients strengthen and optimize their SAP environments to drive operational excellence and long‑term business impact
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized expertise with advanced knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management and broader supply chain operations to support sales activities and accelerate solution adoption.
- Analyze customer EAM and supply chain challenges and clearly articulate how SAP solutions address their needs and deliver value.
- Engage prospective customers through executive discussions, discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, presentations, and follow‑up sessions.
- Support the sales cycle by showing how SAP solutions effectively solve customer pain points and deliver strong competitive differentiation.
- Deliver both standard and customized demonstrations tailored to customer business requirements.
- Work closely with Account Teams on solution presentations, discovery sessions, and opportunity qualification to drive pipeline development.
- Assess opportunity qualification criteria to determine appropriate investment and engagement levels.
- Contribute thought leadership within the team, refining account strategies and solution positioning.
- Collaborate to develop overarching value themes and competitive differentiators for strategic accounts.
- Prepare thoroughly for customer engagements and high‑value sales cycles.
- Ensure smooth handover of engagements to implementation partners or services teams, applying best practices in EAM processes and cloud solution deployment.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with customers to reinforce the long‑term value of SAP solutions and support renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Leverage digital tools, assets, demos, and presentations throughout the customer journey.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management implementations, or in a business role specializing in asset-intensive operations.
- Experience in one or more related functional areas: asset management, logistics, manufacturing, or project management.
- Knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS/PaaS models within a B2B environment.
- Recognized expertise in SAP EAM or related SAP solutions, with a strong track record of successful customer engagements.
- Ability to create compelling value narratives and solution themes tailored to customer needs.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand customer objectives and propose relevant SAP solutions.
- Enthusiastic, engaging communication style and a passion for helping customers achieve success.
