YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are hiring a Senior Recruiter (f/m/d) dedicated to sourcing, attracting and recruiting top sales and consulting talents in the tech/software environment. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the talent market and competitive hiring practices to shape hiring managers' strategy on hiring talents. You will work on end-to-end recruiting processes from position approval, defining profile requirements in conjunction with local and international hiring manager, managing relevant direct and in-direct sourcing in the external marketplace, supporting assessment and selection of candidates and handling complex offer negotiations and cooperation with the workers council.

We are offering Walldorf, close the Heidelberg/Mannheim, and Berlin as possible SAP locations.

You will

  • be supporting the hiring requirements for SAP in Germany as a member of the Talent Discovery team
  • have full accountability of the hiring process, to fill vacancies against time, quality and service demands
  • be partnering with relevant lines of businesses to define search strategies, plan external sourcing activities and assessment/selection of both internal and external candidates to meet approved role requirements
  • actively source and interview candidates, both internal and external
  • successfully negotiate salary packages and complete the recruiting process with workers council involvement
  • function as the subject matter expert of industry markets and trends for the assigned groups you are supporting

YOUR PROFIL

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in recruiting, in a recruitment agency and/or in the recruitment department of an international company is required, ideally for Sales and Consulting roles
  • Experience in competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices is mandator
  • Process-orientation and accuracy
  • Very good communication as well as fluent German and English language skills are mandatory
  • You are proactive, have a can-do mentality and are a team player
  • Experience in the collaboration with workers council is beneficial

Our Recruiting team in Germany is supporting the recruiting for all non-technology-oriented roles in Germany such as Sales, Consulting, Marketing and other Corporate Functions. As such we are working closely and cooperating with all teams within SAP as well as with the candidates in the internal and external market who are working in these areas! We are spearheading the recruiting for all the roles that support SAP in maintaining and further establishing the position as the market leader in enterprise application software
