Job Description
We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
Senior Project Manager – Drive Impact. Shape Transformation. Lead with Purpose.
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering SAP transformation journeys that matter. You’ll work as a trusted advisor to our customers, steering complex programs to success and ensuring every milestone reflects quality, collaboration, and innovation.
You own the outcomes—scope, quality, budget, timing—and you drive them with clarity, confidence, and a customer‑centric mindset. You’ll also play a key role during the bid phase, shaping winning proposals through smart structuring, sharp scoping, and thoughtful risk assessment.
And because we grow together at SAP, you’ll contribute to a culture of teamwork, shared learning, and continuous improvement.

Opportunity & Pre‑Sales Support
- Shape project scopes, timelines, dependencies, resource plans, and risk assessments.
- Apply the right delivery methodologies and SAP accelerators tailored to each customer.
- Contribute to customer proposal reviews as a project‑delivery expert.
Project Delivery Leadership
- Lead all core project management activities—planning, monitoring, and controlling.
- Build and maintain a solid WBS, delivery roadmap, and integrated plans.
- Manage resourcing, financials, scope, and deliverables.
- Run robust RAID processes to remove obstacles and stay ahead of risks.
- Guide decision-making with project sponsors and steering committees.
- Ensure strong governance, transparent reporting, and seamless stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain compliance with SAP financial and reporting standards.
Coach, Mentor & Elevate the Team
- Clarify expectations, empower team members, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Support performance feedback to help colleagues grow and thrive.
- Foster teamwork and integration across all project contributors.
Build & Share Knowledge
- Maintain clear project documentation and contribute learnings to SAP’s knowledge base.
- Help evolve project‑management best practices across the organization.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT—or an MBA is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
- 3–5 years of hands‑on SAP project management experience.
- Proven track record in international SAP implementations.
- Strong command of SAP project deliverables (charters, plans, budgets, communications, status reporting).
- Experience driving scope, quality, and issue management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communicator and natural team collaborator.
- Working knowledge of SAP methodologies & tools (e.g., SAP Activate, CALM).
- A growth mindset—curious, eager to learn, and keen to share knowledge.
