What you’ll build

In this role, you will help shape how workforce data from across SuccessFactors modules is modeled, analyzed, and transformed into actionable intelligence. You will collaborate closely with SuccessFactors module PMs, Business Data Cloud platform teams, engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable analytics capabilities that operate across HR domains.

• Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for People Intelligence capabilities on SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Identify opportunities to deliver high-value workforce insights through data products, analytical models, and insight applications.
• Translate customer needs and workforce analytics challenges into clear product initiatives and roadmap priorities.
• Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for workforce analytics features including KPIs, metrics, and insight applications.
• Define product requirements for analytical capabilities such as workforce KPIs, metrics, signals, and insight applications.
• Contribute to the design of data products and analytical models that combine data from multiple HR domains.
• Work with engineering teams to deliver scalable analytical solutions built on Business Data Cloud
• Support the development of capabilities that help customers detect patterns, monitor workforce signals, and understand drivers behind workforce outcomes.
• Work closely with SuccessFactors module PMs
• Collaborate with Business Data Cloud platform teams and analytics platform teams.
• Partner with customer success and go-to-market teams.
• Ensure People Intelligence solutions leverage data signals across HR systems and align with SAP’s broader data and analytics strategy.
• Engage with customers and partners to understand workforce decision-making needs and analytics challenges.
• Validate product capabilities through design partnerships, early adopter programs, and customer feedback loops.
• Support internal enablement and customer conversations around People Intelligence and workforce analytics capabilities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, HR, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex data concepts into product capabilities.
• 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, Analytics Products, Data Platforms, or Enterprise Software.
• Experience building analytics, reporting, or data-driven insight products rather than transactional systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and data platform teams.
• Knowledge of HR technology, workforce analytics, or people data domains.
• Familiarity with data modeling, analytical metrics, or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with insight applications, BI platforms, or workforce analytics solutions.
• Exposure to advanced analytics or predictive workforce insights.
