(Senior) Product Specialist - Hands-on AI Content & Demos (f/m/d)

What you’ll do:

As a (Senior) Product Specialist (f/m/d) in AI Advocacy, you will identify and address AI enablement needs with a focus on crafting high-quality demos and hands-on experiences. With your insight on the SAP Business AI strategy, portfolio, and advancements as well as your hands-on experience in working with the latest technologies, you’ll help both development and customer-facing teams.

In this role, you will:

• Be the first to test and validate and develop new state of the art demo scenarios in a customer-like environment.

• Collaborate with frontrunner as well as engineering teams to elevate the Autonomous Enterprise vision and give feedback as a first consumer.

• Understand the latest AI trends and SAP’s Business AI capabilities and translate them into key demo scenarios that can be used by a broad audience.

• Create and develop compelling end-to-end demo scenarios that align with strategic initiatives and resonate with both business and IT audiences.

• Take ownership in leading projects and regular stakeholder alignments to ensure streamlined processes and a comprehensive BAI Platform demo portfolio.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of relevant working experience with expertise in AI in an enterprise software context and an overall solid understanding of SAP cloud technologies.

• You enjoy staying up to date with the latest trends in AI and have a strong background in AI software development, related tools and architectures.

• You bring hands-on experience with AI development, including building applications and agents on top of SAP (CAP/node.js/python) and non-SAP frameworks such as LangChain / LangGraph, mastra, or AI SDK.

• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React / Next.js) and styling tools such as Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, or SAP UI5 / Fiori.

• Prompt engineering and experience with foundation models, e.g., via SAP Generative AI Hub.

• A product mindset, scoping MVPs and balancing speed vs. polish, plus strong storytelling to demo live for business and executive audiences.

• You feel comfortable stitching together APIs, data sources, and UI components to explore new scenarios and tell a compelling story.

• You are able to see the big picture, connect the dots to an impactful story, and translate technical AI concepts into clear demo content.

• Fluency in English (German language skills are a plus).
