What you’ll do

As Product Manager - AI (f/m/d), you will build the operational and technical foundations that make AI activation fast, reliable, and scalable across Signavio's growing agent portfolio. You make the SAP Signavio AI strategy executable - designing the AI services, activation infrastructure, and data foundations that other product teams build on, and ensuring customers can move from contract to live AI usage with minimal friction. This role sits at the intersection of technical product management, platform thinking, and commercial operations. It is built for someone who is AI-native by default, comfortable in deep technical conversations, and energized by removing the structural blockers that slow AI adoption down.

Your tasks will be the following:

  • Build and scale foundational AI capabilities that enable teams to deliver faster and more consistently
  • Drive alignment across teams to create a unified and scalable AI platform approach
  • Translate complex technical and commercial requirements into clear, actionable plans
  • Connect technical infrastructure with commercial models such as usage tracking and billing
  • Enable teams and stakeholders by making AI capabilities understandable and actionable
  • Collaborate across functions to accelerate AI adoption and deliver cohesive solutions
  • Leverage modern tools and rapid prototyping to test ideas and move quickly
  • Define product vision and strategy for AI-driven capabilities aligned with business goals
  • Prioritize roadmap and features based on user needs, data insights, and technical feasibility
  • Work closely with engineering and data teams to guide model development, evaluation, and iteration
  • Ensure responsible AI practices by addressing quality, transparency, and performance considerations
  • Gather and incorporate user feedback and usage data to report and continuously improve AI products


What you bring

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (technical product management/consulting/project or program management) with a track record of delivering technically complex products/projects with domain knowledge and understanding of business process management/ analysis
  • AI-native mindset - you work with AI tools daily, understand how agents and language models work well enough to make sound product decisions, and use vibe coding to prototype and move fast
  • Technical foundation and platform thinking - comfortable reading documentation, understanding data models, and working directly with engineering teams on system integration and automation challenges and have experience building shared services or foundational capabilities that multiple teams consume, with a strong instinct for reusability and scalability
  • Strong cross-team collaborator and clear communicator - you have worked across multiple product teams simultaneously and know how to create alignment without owning everything formally as well as are able to write and present clearly to both technical and no technical audience with transparency including leadership updates
  • Commercial awareness - familiarity with different commercial models, and the ability to translate commercial requirements into technical product decisions
  • Bias for action, pragmatic and outcome driven – you are pragmatic and diagnose blockers fast, build proposals quickly, and move to delivery without waiting for perfect information
  • Ownership and autonomy - Take full accountability for your work, making independent decisions while driving outcomes with minimal oversight.
  • Flexibility and adaptability - Thrive in a dynamic environment by quickly adjusting to changing priorities and embracing new challenges.

The team owns the full journey: defining which AI agents get built and why, bringing them from early access through to broad enterprise adoption, and ensuring customers can discover, activate, and realise value from them.
