Folgende SAP Standorte in Deutschland sind möglich: München-Garching, Hamburg, Berlin, Ratingen (bei Düsseldorf), Eschborn (bei Frankfurt) und Gerlingen.

Was du mitgestaltest:

In der Rolle als SAP Senior/Principal Projektleiter (m/w/d) steuerst Du im Wesentlichen größere und komplexe Projekte bei Kunden der Manufacturing & High Tech Industrie. Daneben unterstütztst Du unser Account Team in Angebotsprozessen.

Aufgaben im Detail:

• Entwicklung des angemessenen Vorgehensansatzes für das Kundenprojekt
• Planung der Projektaktivitäten sowie der Ressourcen
• Durchführung der Projektmanagementaktivitäten während der Projektlaufzeit
• Anleitung des Implementierungsteams während der Lösungsumsetzung und Bildung einer Schnittstelle zwischen lokalen, Near- und Offshore-Bereitstellungskanälen und den unterschiedlichen Architekturdomänen zur Sicherstellung der Gesamtabstimmung
• Steuerung der finanziellen Aspekte eines Projektes
• Beziehungsmanagement zu den unterschiedlichen internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
• Durchführung von Coaching oder Mentoring in Projektmanagementmethoden, Standards und Prozessen

Was du mitbringst:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informationstechnik, Ingenieurwesen oder ein fachspezifisches Studium
• Langjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von SAP-Transformationsprojekten, grundlegendes Branchenwissen in der Fertigungswissen ist von Vorteil
• Nachweisbare praktische Projektmanagement-Erfahrung in traditioneller Wasserfall-, agiler und hybrider Methodik (SAP Activate)
• Projekterfahrung und Referenzen in der Einführung cloudbasierter und/oder hybrider Lösungsarchitekturen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen SAP Cloud Architektur und Integration
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
