Job Description

Company Description

What you bring

You're a bilingual legal professional with 5+ years navigating compliance and governance landscapes. Your expertise in Quebec procurement laws, including the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (LCOP), Act respecting contracting by municipal bodies (LCOM), and lobbying regulations is matched only by your ability to translate complex policies into compelling training that resonates with diverse teams. You've built your career detecting and preventing fraud and corruption, documenting processes with meticulous attention to detail, and serving as the trusted voice on ethics and conduct. Your superpower? Taking intricate regulatory challenges and making them accessible. You thrive in international, virtual environments, lead projects with precision, and bring a proactive, results-driven mindset to every initiative. IT industry experience is a bonus. You're the advisor teams turn to when navigating gray areas.

What you'll build

You'll manage SAP Canada's compliance landscape across Quebec, administering policies on bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, and fraud while ensuring adherence to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and local regulations. You will oversee the frameworks for public contract governance. You will deliver targeted compliance training to employees across North America. You will also be the trusted advisor for our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. You will collaborate with Legal and Government Affairs on Quebec's regulatory requirements. You will help ensure compliance with third-party relationships. You will also answer policy questions for employees. Additionally, you'll monitor evolving legal and regulatory trends, channel employee inquiries and complaints through proper mechanisms, track compliance issues for leadership reporting, and drive adoption of global compliance initiatives tailored to our regional context.

Where you belong

You belong on a team that values integrity, precision, and impact. At SAP Canada, we have a compliance culture where ethical leadership isn't just a requirement—it's a competitive advantage. You'll work alongside Legal and Government Affairs professionals who respect your expertise and trust your judgment. In this role, you'll have the ability to shape our compliance landscape while contributing to a global organization that's committed to doing business the right way. If you're energized by solving complex regulatory challenges, mentoring teams on ethics, and making a tangible difference in how we operate, you'll find your home here.
