What you’ll do

We are looking for a highly motivated (Senior) DevOps Engineer (f/m/d) supporting the Global Sovereign Cloud Delivery team in laying the foundation towards a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry. Within the newly formed Sovereign Cloud Delivery organization, we are responsible for operating a multitude of SAP solutions according to local certification requirements. We established a small global team, which focuses on standardization and alignment between the various regional operations teams, who will execute their day-to-day activities based on global guidance
The position can also be filled in part time.


The role includes the following tasks:

  • Reporting of the software installations and used licenses (gather and consolidate data, create software installation reports)
  • The definition and oversight of the governance structures and developing/delivering policy and processes for managing the enterprise computing software asset lifecycle and supporting procurement.
  • Drive partnership and collaboration with key vendors
  • Recommend remedial actions to the Business for resolving under-compliance
  • Able to assimilate and interpret technical language
  • Manage the internal service acceptance process and work with relevant teams to ensure successful transfer of service into delivery following the service acceptance process

What you bring

  • High motivation and desire to work in a technical role closely aligned with business
  • 3+ years of related experience in an IT support organization
  • 3+ years of experience working with software requests, licensing and licensing databases is preferred
  • Ability to think, plan and work independently under general direction
  • SW License / Terms & Conditions expertise
  • Eye for detail, accuracy, flexibilit
  • Willingness to go through personal security clearance (Government process)
