What you'll do
Together with a passionate internal IT team and external strategic partners, you will provide end to end support for our internal Total Rewards solutions based on SuccessFactors and BTP. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Deliver 3rd level support for business-critical applications on BTP
- Develop roadmap and target architecture to replace or migrate applications to cloud-based technologies such as BTP
- Analyze existing solutions based on SAP ERP HCM, review architecture, and continue migrations from outdated technologies to new technical stacks
What you bring
- Strong HR business process knowledge
- Expertise in at least one development language to provide architectural guidance on required custom developments on BTP
- Solid knowledge of SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors Compensation Management and Variable Pay
- Experience in hybrid environments combining on-premise SAP ERP HCM with cloud solutions like SuccessFactors and BTP
- Proven ability to handle complex custom solutions, including analysis, architecture review, and cloud migrations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners
