What you`ll do:

As a Full‑Stack Engineer focusing on AI, you will help Team Helios scale a world-class catalog of reference data our customers utilize to maintain data quality, mitigate risks and plan transformations.

The Role:

We're seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with AI expertise to join Team Helios, where you'll build intelligent research tools that empower researchers to scale catalog operations efficiently. You'll develop full-stack applications that leverage AI for research acceleration and prediction of what is still missing in our catalog for our customers, creating seamless experiences that transform manual processes into automated, intelligent workflows.

You communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders, tailoring your message to your audience. You act as a force multiplier for the team through mentoring colleagues, contributing to documentation, and actively improving team processes and knowledge sharing.

We are looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Track record of full-stack projects
• Professional knowledge of Java/Kotlin and/or Python
• Professional knowledge of Angular
• Practical knowledge on context engineering, agentic concepts and using the right AI tools for the right job

The following experience would be a plus:

• Interest in data analysis
• Entrepreneurial mindset or experience working in startup environments
• Experience working with a distributed team
