The Role

As Senior Data Product Manager, you will shape the product vision and roadmap, and partner closely with technology, support and services teams to own our flagship reporting solution. In this role you will become a domain expert and will be responsible for the Analysis and Intelligence products. You will work closely with an incredible team of engineers, architects, data analysts, platform specialists, client and partner enablement teams to conceive, define and deliver a world class solution that will delight customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the success, quality, cost management and delivery of our flagship reporting solution
  • Responsible for product management (roadmap, bug triage, client feedback and messaging, etc.) of Analysis and Intelligence
  • Conduct usage analysis and design reviews for the new generation analytics platform
  • Build a roadmap based on the needs of the Platform team, internal teams, our partners and customers, incorporating on-going analysis of our best-in-class platform
  • Prioritize and describe the analytics deployment issues & backlog
  • Ensure definition of high-quality specifications according to internal requirements
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions pursuant to internal requirements, including the completion of tests and validations of planned scope
  • Work with your team to build, launch, implement and support the solutions delivered
  • Stay current with industry trends related to analytics, data management, and visualizations
  • Support, communicate and advocate for new analytics features, development practices, delivery mechanisms, process improvements
  • Incorporate customer and partner feedback, input from Solution Management and Partner Enablement teams and analytics into next generation analytics release
  • Work across product and engineering teams to facilitate the launch and release of new reporting solution
  • Build meaningful and productive relationships with platform and product team members and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; MBA or equivalent education
  • Solid product management experience with cloud, enterprise SaaS products, data analytic platforms and solutions
  • Experience owning roadmaps and driving delivery of solutions through the entire product lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of travel and expense management and domain expertise, preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and within a highly collaborative agile methodology
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and verbal), good problem-solving skills, ability to work with technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience leading large, diverse, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to lead by example, collaborate, advocate for different viewpoints and influence without direct authority
  • Business English: fluent
