What you'll build

As a Senior Consultant (f/m/d) at SAP LeanIX, you will be responsible to drive the adoption, consumption, and use case implementation of our most strategic customers focused on enabling all SAP LeanIX customers to build and transform their technology landscapes to support evolving business strategies and operationalize innovation.

Your responsibilities are:

• Lead exciting projects in an IT management and cloud environment for leading global brands from various industries
• Work with a leading SaaS solution for enterprise architecture (EA) management and business transformation management to enable and establish EA use cases for our customers
• Support customers in setting up SAP LeanIX including onboarding, tool migration, training, building integrations, and building EA functions
• Advise management on the introduction or improvement of EA practices, architectural changes, and their impact on IT governance and processes
• Conduct strategic portfolio assessments (e.g. application rationalization initiatives, as-is vs. to-be analysis for upcoming ERP transformations (e.g. S/4HANA)
• Develop and expand existing accounts
• Share knowledge, mentor, and coach less-experienced colleagues to drive people development
• Take topic ownership and contribute to the continuous development of our SAP LeanIX Services offerings
• Translate customer feedback into product requirements

What you bring

• You are a highly motivated team player with a strong result and customer focus and the courage to do things differently
• several years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT management, IT transformation, or with Cloud technologies ideally in an internationally operating consulting company or as an enterprise architect
• Experience in architecture assessment approaches, EA processes, and governance structures
• Knowledge and enthusiasm about modern technologies and architectures (e.g. cloud, microservices, platforms)
• Understanding of large enterprises' IT organizations and processes
• Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, and effectively deal with ambiguity and complexity
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent self-presentation and a calm, professional, and mature attitude
• Proficient English and German or French language skills - especially technical vocabulary

Where you belong

• Be part of an expanding team in the fast growing division BTM (Business Transformation Management) at SAP. LeanIX has fully integrated into SAP on August 1, 2025.
• This position is within the European team of the LeanIX Services team. You will work across the globe with other Services team.
• Strong collaboration across teams outside of Services, e.g. Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success Management, Product Management, Engineering, and Support.
• Hands-on attitude and open and honest communication needed.
