Architecture Advisor
Responsible for bridging the gap between the customer’s business strategy and relevant solutions through crafting a business and solution architecture and roadmap design at the enterprise level. As the trusted advisor who influences our customer’s business/IT executives and other decision makers to invest in SAP.

Experience
- Industry and Position Experience: 5-8 years of experience as an IT Architect or Enterprise Architect, with experience working in large IT departments. Capable of independently undertaking POC projects to maintain the enterprise architecture vision. Project experience in the high-tech industry and the discrete manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Technical and Project Experience: Proficient in IT architecture, data management and analytics in cloud environments, and SAP-related technologies (such as SAP HANA, SAP deployment models); has experience in IT application sales support, large-scale solution implementation, and SAP-related product development; possesses project management knowledge, and can evaluate infrastructure and design large-scale SAP deployment plans.
- Certifications and Qualifications: Holds TOGAF and IEA-USAP EAF framework certifications, as well as SAP-related certifications (such as SAP HANA, SAP Consultant certifications, etc.).
Communication
- Customer Communication and Relationship Maintenance: Able to build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with customers and key stakeholders, resolve disputes through effective communication, and reach win-win agreements; can clearly convey the value of solutions and adjust communication strategies according to customer needs.
- Business Communication and Collaboration: Understands business principles and industry trends, and can translate professional knowledge into content understandable by customers; possesses cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, and can efficiently对接 with internal teams and external partners to promote project implementation.
- Communication Skills: Skilled in conveying information in a persuasive manner, and can customize communication content for different customers; has negotiation skills to coordinate both parties' needs and reach consensus.
