PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Global Finance Success (GFS) organization is one of the main pillars of Global Finance at SAP. It allows SAP to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as the quality of the finance processes while delivering global end-to-end process standards.

We are seeking an Intercompany Royalty Accountant for our global Allocations Accounting team that is part of General Accounting Services (GA) at SAP. The team is responsible for intercompany accounting and internal revenue & cost allocation processes for the SAP Group. In this role, you will be supporting all intercompany royalty related topics globally as well as the cost allocation of 3rd party royalties. Moreover, you will be working on a new project (Transfer pricing model) implementation and contributing towards process improvements.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

In this role, you'll:

  • Provide support for all intercompany royalty matters and manage internal cost allocation of 3rd party royalties.
  • Oversee operations and process-related issues and provide first-level support for intercompany Royalties-related queries.
  • Play an active role in the rollout of new tools, processes, and projects.
  • Help ensure alignment and standardization of processes across countries and regions.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • You have at least five years of professional work experience in financial accounting.
  • You are fluent in English, and have excellent knowledge of SAP ISP and MS Excel.
  • You are a team player with an agile mindset, open to new ways of working.
  • You are self-organized, focusing on efficient delivery without sacrificing quality and compliance.
