We’re looking for a high-performing, entrepreneurial Senior Account Executive to join SAP’s Strategic Growth Segment and take the lead on Net New Business acquisition across key industries in the ANZ region. You’ll work at the edge of SAP’s innovation and growth—identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects into long-term SAP customers.

Experience, existing networks, or subject matter familiarity in these sectors is a strong advantage.

What You’ll Do

Net New Customer Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue high-potential targets where SAP can deliver transformational value.
  • Build trust and executive relationships from the ground up—becoming the face of SAP to new customers.

Pipeline Generation & Business Development

  • Take initiative with outbound prospecting, social selling, and event-led engagement.
  • Create, nurture, and expand a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned with strategic goals.

Sales Execution & Deal Leadership

  • Lead full sales cycles—from discovery to close—with C-level engagement and a strategic approach.
  • Craft compelling business cases and commercial proposals to win complex, high-value deals.

What You Bring

Hunting DNA

  • You’re a proactive, persistent, and resourceful seller who thrives in greenfield territory.
  • You leave no stone unturned in your search for opportunities, and you love the chase.

Enterprise Software Sales Expertise

  • Proven success in acquiring new enterprise customers, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex solution selling.
  • Familiarity with SAP's portfolio is a plus, but high aptitude and learning agility are even more important.

Industry Acumen & Network

  • Experience selling into the Travel, T&T, Professional Services, Healthcare or Telco industries is highly valued.
  • An existing network of executive-level contacts in these sectors is a strong advantage.

Executive Presence & Relationship Building

  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders, including CxOs, on strategic business issues.
  • Ability to position SAP as a trusted advisor for business and digital transformation.

Self-Driven & Entrepreneurial

  • You own your results. You move with urgency, adapt quickly, and push through obstacles to win.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, designing your approach, and driving impact independently.
