At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Drive Growth. Build Relationships. Deliver Impact.

We are looking for a senior sales professional to take on one of the most rewarding roles in our Corporate Segment, leading the customer relationship, commercial growth and strategic roadmap across one or more high-potential accounts in New South Wales.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will act as the single point of accountability for your customers’ end-to-end experience with SAP, from first engagement through to adoption, renewal and expansion. You will work closely with our ecosystem of specialists, partners and executives to deliver real outcomes and value. You will think big, plan for the long term and execute with discipline.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex environments, builds trust at the executive level and wants to help Australian businesses transform through innovation.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Customer Relationship

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders from operational leads to the C-suite
  • Shape the customer's SAP roadmap in partnership with solution experts and industry leads

Drive Growth and Execution

  • Own the account strategy and multi-year growth plan, bringing SAP’s portfolio to life through value-based selling
  • Lead sales cycles across new and existing business from net new opportunities to expansions, renewals and co-innovation deals
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting and deal governance

Orchestrate the Full SAP Ecosystem

  • Bring together SAP’s virtual account team, including solution experts, partners, services, support and executives around a single customer plan
  • Co-sell with our channel partners, aligning on joint value and delivery commitments

Champion Digital Transformation

  • Help customers move from transactional technology investments to long-term strategic transformation
  • Engage in board-level conversations around industry disruption, supply chain resilience, customer experience and sustainability
  • Guide customers through their cloud journey, from business case to adoption and realisation of value

What You Bring

  • Experience: 7+ years in enterprise software sales or consulting, including experience managing complex customer relationships and leading strategic sales campaigns
  • Sales Mastery: Proven success in driving end-to-end revenue growth across software, cloud and services, ideally in hybrid environments
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong command of pipeline development, value-based selling, deal governance and forecasting
  • Executive Presence: Ability to build trust and credibility with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Strategic Perspective: A long-term thinker who can co-create transformation roadmaps that align customer ambition with SAP innovation

Why This Role?

  • Be the Face of SAP: You will represent SAP’s full capability to some of our most important customers with the influence to shape long-term partnerships
  • Operate with Autonomy: You will lead the account end-to-end, with the resources, leadership access and commercial mandate to succeed
  • Grow with Visibility: This role offers significant exposure to SAP ANZ leadership and a platform to grow your career in one of the fastest-moving areas of the business
  • Make Real Impact: Help Australian businesses adapt, grow and innovate with SAP and be part of something bigger than just software sales

Location: Sydney, Australia
Eligibility: Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship due to customer requirements
